Discovery Vitality do not want customers

Discovery Vitality has disappointed me. I wanted to get a gym subscription with Planet Fitness, they advised that I take on Discovery Vitality to get maximum benefits. Discovery called me to assist with adding Vitality to my Medical Aid, everything was confirmed and I agreed to paying R329.00 for Discovery Vitality. Almost a week later, Planet Fitness is unable to register my gym subscription only to fine out that Discovery have put me on Discovery Vitality Active for R99.00. Planet Fitness called to connect me to Discovery to have this fixed and upgraded. I confirmed everything and the upgrade was said to be done and would take effect in an hour of two. I have just spoken to a consultant via What's App and I am still on Vitality Active and the upgrade wasn't done. What is going on?! Why is a simple thing so difficult. Honestly!!! I am highly annoyed.
