Discovery Vitality - Did Not PAY REWARDS

Discovery Vitality over the years have never paid me my rewards even though I paid in monthly. I have now left them and am told that I am not entitled to my rewards that Discovery Vitality have not paid to date. BEWARE this could happen to you.
