Discovery Vitality debiting me *******ly for 17 months post cancellation confirmation

I received cancellation confirmation of discovery vitality Oct 2023 however Discovery vitality has been debiting my bank account since Jan 2024 which means i am owed for about 17 months and even after chasing them again last month they are still debiting my account. Please refer me to the relevant ombudsman. Call center refuse to assist... Please HELP!!!
