Do not join Discovery Vitality. All promises of the sun and the moon and the stars to join up. Promises of cash back of R750 if you join and then email sent to say that i have a 3 month payment holiday. Have not received even 1c. Installment deducted. I phone nearly every 2nd day and sent emails but to no avail. Today i phoned again to be told that the sales manager is busy with the matter. This is money that is being ****** from me. ***** actually, but still my matter is not urgent. I am starting on Hello Peter and will take this matter as high as possible. How many other innocent members are being taken for a ride. Promises but no deliveries. Struggling to even cancel membership, struggling to get my money back. Money that was not budget for. They even admitted to me telephonically that the sales person made a mistake but yet i am the the person that has to constantly call, email and beg for my money back.
