Discovery Vitality Cheats You and They Don't Care!

So you're a Discovery member and with Vitality and a gym membership you're ready to live a fit and healthy life, which includes rewards for being active and achieving your weekly goals set by Vitality, which is great in theory because you can exchange your Vitality points for vouchers etc.

WRONG!!! Discovery cheats you out of rewards points because their app is ******* and frequently has errors in syncing with your fitness tracker!! This results in your weekly goal not being achieved. You send message after message on Facebook but you're lucky if they respond. Mostly they don't bother to respond to queries. If they actually do, you just get "We're working on it" I see many Facebook posts by people having the same problem. But only silence from Discovery.

USELESS!!! Don't bother with fitness goals if your systems don't work.
