Discovery violated my rights.
<p>Discovery was so quick in giving my certificate of membership to a third party without my consent. What irritates me is that everytime I call them to find out what transpired, they tell me the matter has been escalated to their highest office for an investigation. It took them just 1 phone call to give my pvt information to a third party. Now it's taking them over a week to investigate. What is the use of asking us security questions when we call in? </p> <p>I am now shopping for a new medical aid which will respect my right to privacy. </p>

So now discovery thinks that a mere apology will just solve everything? That is so lame and disrespectful. In their apology letter, it says refresher courses will be given to their staff, Is that the best you could come with? You are defiantly going to deal with my attorneys. I will not bul**** by you guys just because you have legal heavyweights on your payroll. Your service is disgusting.

Discovery is acting as if they are offering me the service pro bono. I am paying over 5k every month yet I am being treated like a charity case. Even if it takes me the rest of my life to get justice in this matter, it is a journey I am prepared to embark on. My rights have been violated by discovery and to make matters worse they sent me a lame apology and expect me to just be content. Alas discovery, I am not a push over. The working class have been taken for a ride for far too long by big companies like you but I am tired of being a statistic.
