DISCOVERY VACCINATION DRIVE _ WELL DONE DISCOVERY - FAST AND EFFICIENT

I have my first jab of the COVID Vaccine at 1 Discovery PLace, Sandton , yesterday. CONGRATULATIONS to DISCOVERY on a well planned , orgasnised and EFFIECIENT serrvice!! I was in and out in under an hour. The part that took the longest was the filling out of the DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH VACCINE Form , which then had to be captured by an assistant on a TABLET , then the issueing of the VACCINATION CARD , which had to be manually completed. ALL THIS INFORMATION WAS READILY AVAILABLE on the application form and prior on-line vaccine registration. DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH ? DISCOVERY had all this information electronically and could have easily set up a system to print the vaccination card. THIS WAS NOT A DISCOVERY PROBLEM , BUT a DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH Shortcoming!! moral of the story and review - WELL DONE TO DISCOVERY . LET the PRIVATE SECTOR ORGANISE and roll-out the Vaccination Process !!! and other PROCESSES. THen perhaps we could ge proper SERVICE DELIVERY in ALL SECTORS and NO PROTEST SERVICE DELIVERY MARCHES>
