Discovery using ********* ways of payments

<p>In December 2016, my daughter went to hospital for treatment and several procedures were conducted on her, including physiotherapy for which Discovery has not paid for. Now 4 months later the docters whants to hand us over as this account has not been settled. When we started to investigate, the docters said that according to their records, dicovery has paid the money into my account for me to settle the docter. According to my banking records there is none and I also have no savings with Dicovery. When we called Discovery, we spoke to Lyle, he said that there was an account in2007 where discovery has paid us R2043 for settlement of an account after they have already settled the account. So we owe them R2043. Now they deduct money of that ammount each time they have to pay us money to settle a docters account. I have no records of any such agreement between myself and Discovery, nor do I have any records of any money being deposited into my account. Now 10 years later I only find out about these matters. When we asked Lyle from Discovery to send us proof of payments and more info and documents on the matter, he refuses. Can you please take action on this very seriouse matter and make sure my recent account is paid and my name cleared, as I am willing to take this matter to the Ombuds man and settle it in court.</p>
