Discovery USELESS!!

The most SHOCKING service from Discovery- monies paid to them for subscriptions were very gratefully accepted in a few seconds- but try and get money back from them for monies paid out- I’ve made over 40 phone calls, been into their offices and had 2 separate people supposedly deal with the issue .. I’ve been told I haven’t paid subscription from 2020.. which had been.. I’ve been told I haven’t paid full amounts owed to the scheme.. which I have. THIS IS ALLEGEDLY A FINANCIAL INSTITUTION- and they CANNOT ALLOCATE funds correctly for subscriptions. I am SHOCKED AND DISGUSTED THAT IVE HAD TO TAKE SO MUCH TIME TO TRAVEL TO SANDTON TO EXPLAIN TO DISCOVERY EMPOYEES how to do their jobs!!!!🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
