Discovery - useless

I have been with Discovery Health since May this year. Ever since my premium went up 3 times. I phoned them last month and they said the premie that went up is because of vitality *I DO NOT HAVE VITALITY* and today again it went off. I budget for the amount thwybsaid and because they are so damn useless to fix the problem but when they need money thwy are ready to charge you even extra for things you dont have...
