Discovery unwillingness to solve problems
Good day, Discovery's chronic devision must take a serious look into all the lies they are talking to us the customers, they are quickly to take your money but to rectify a claim takes forever and most of the time it is not done. Why must I go through this pain, can someone call me who can actually solve my problem...

Spoke to Kirsten Kinsey who disappeared now because she is not responding to my mails anymore and promised me she will get back to me. Please can someone call me that can actually solve my problem, I am so sick of lies and promises.
