Discovery unwilling to help prevent a stroke

This company does not deserve my money. I am in need of 3 different hypertension medication and was approved for chronic condition. Only one of the three are being paid on full as the other two medications are not approved by them. I printed their list of hypertension medications and my doctor said there is nothing on their list that can help my blood pressure. Discovery does not care about my life threatning condition. Even when my readings were 186/99, i could not receive any assistance as they only admit you into hospital after you receive treatment in the emergency ward and your readings does not improve after 4 hours. Basicaly i have to sit at home and wait for a stroke before they will help me. I am so dissappointed in Discovery. Time and again when you request help, their answer is always no. Their agents give wrong advice and i have to carry the consequences. They contradict each other as well. Why am i paying a couple of thousand rands per month for 21 years now??? For what?!!!
