Discovery unwarranted rejection of diabetes medicine

To whom it may concern

My application via my Physician was not successful. You've stated in your rejection letter that you do not cover diabetes as a condition.

However the results and my physician confirmed that I have developed chronic diabetes, hence I've need my medicine every day for cholesterol and diabetes.

Recent test show that my cholesterol has dropped to 3.5 (5.5 previously) and sugar levels to 5 (26 previously).

Is this the price one pays for following a vigorous diet, exercise and taking you medicine. How do you make an assessment remotely on ones condition My medical aid plan cover chronic illnesses from diabetes. No other reasons were given

Does discovery encourage their clients/patients to developed unbearable conditions like type 1 diabetes and high cholesterol and discouraging a healthy lifestyle.

All relevant paper work has been filled in and applications lodged
