Discovery unfair waiting period

We logged a complaint/appeal last week with discovery for my father's unfair waiting period. Discovery phoned and requested a letter from my father and assured they would remove the waiting period so the letter was sent the same day. A week later the issue has still not been resolved. Please can some one contact me from discovery in regards to this. This is totally unfair
