Discovery unfair installment increase of almost 100 %

my elderly mother in law just received a shock when her discovery premium almost doubled from R1400 to more than R3354 witthout any warning. She is on keycare .She is a pensioner and cannot afford this crazy installment.We tried calling no one is answering and the broker is not responding.
