DISCOVERY *********!!!

I was recently joyed to find out I'm pregnant. I went to a gynaecologist which is quite a distance away from me for as he is on the 'network' I'm in the classic smart plan. Which includes 8 consultations and 2 2d scans per pregnancy ASWEL as a list of blood tests.

I told my broker I'm pregnant and asked if there is anything I need to do he said no. After my 1st appointment my drs appointment claim of R1700+ was declined. I then found out from the drs office I must register with discovery for the maternity benefits. Which I immediately did. Now their still refusing to pay out. Also with that i had all my bloods done of over R1700 which was ALSO rejected by discovery. This is day light *******. I spoke to a broker who didnt inform me, neither does it say anywhere on any documents that I have that I have to do anything like this. Also who can register prior to confirmation by a gynaecologist that their pregnant. The app even makes you fill in the gynaecologists details before accepting it. Which at that time I didnt even have a dr yet. I want these claims paid back to me. I've been a loyal member since I was a child. If discovery fails to do this then I will be moving to another medical aid as this in my opinion is completely *********.
