discovery un-health

I was recently admitted to hospital as a result of liver and kidney failure, it had never happened before, it was and is not a pre-existing condition. according to the plan I am on (keycare plus) all in-hospital costs are covered. little to nothing has been covered, discovery has left me hanging an responsible for the majority of costs... they believe I was aware of the illness before I joined, if I was aware I would have listed this condition on my application, I am now being summonsed by the sheriff of the court for non payment. If you default on a payment you are suspended immediately, but, Discovery can simply thumb suck ideas why they should not pay for treatment. I pay more on my premium due to not having a medical aid for an extended period, my chronic meds were not covered for the first year and still are barely being covered. this is disgusting and so typical of Discovery and other insurance houses and their blatant refusal to honour their agreement and their clutching at straws and creation of excuses when time comes for them to honour what they have to. Depending on the outcome of this, I have a good mind to persue this with civil action and the inclusion of every media institution I can find.
