Discovery turning away clients!!

My medical aid has been active since September 1st 2022(no waiting period) . I have been with discovery twice before. I never had any health problems or any chronic illness. Yesterday I went to a gynae visit and was told I need a hospital, discovery is yet to authorize as they need to do a case. I never knew at the time of taking the medical aid that I had an issue and I would have never suspected anything, the issue was only pick up by my gynae yesterday. Discovery is making me wait for Auth when my doctor needs me in hospital.

Why say no waiting period when you are making me wait. This was beyond my control, I never expected to need a hospital.
