DISCOVERY - TURN AROUND TIMES - PERHAPS IN ANOTHER LIFETIME

I had a doctors appointment on the 12th of July 2018. The doctor's receptionist did not inform me that I have to pay the first consultation whereafter I can claim it back from my medical aid. This was due to the fact that I have not seen the doctor in a year. I paid the amount as I was informed by discover - and this is on their web site - that after a claim was submitted via e-mail, it takes up to 8 hours for them to process the claim whereafter the money will show in my account within 1 day. I phoned discovery on the 17th of July just to be informed that they will only pay my monies over on the 13th of August!!! Why do they bother to put turn around times on their web site etc if this is the service what you get???? Health Practitioners are paid within 2 days after submitting a claim.
