Discovery trying to safe money and in the process risking my unborn son's and pregnant wife's wellbeing.

I have been a discovery member for over 10 years now. My wife is 5 months pregnant and her gynecologist has her on tablets for severe iron deficiency. She has been on the tablets for about 4 months without any significant changes. Initially Discovery said if she does not see a significant change in 3 months they will authorize for IV iron drip. It has no been 2 weeks of back and forth and my poor wife and unborn child is suffering. The recent development is that they will cover it if it is done at the doctors rooms but not at the hospital. The doctor said that because she is 5 months pregnant it is to high a risk to do it at the offices and she will need to be admitted. This is the respect they show there members and have absolutely know concern for her or (Conor) our unborn son's life or safety. All they are concerned with is how much money they can save on a procedure that is covered by the benefit. Absolutely sicking!!!!!
