Discovery try avoid paying every last cent - do not use their scheme

There is only one specialist in my area who is fully booked and therefore whoever I choose to go with will require a copayment. Of course, Discovery cannot tell me what the copayment will be until i have to phone, find out the codes they use and then phone Discovery back to find out the amount they cover.
