Discovery treats you horribly when medically boarded

What is the point of informing Discovery of your situation when being medically boarded. I've sent throughmy medical reports showing this and they did not ever respond. Discovery deducts your instalment in arrears when you join so when I cancelled there was still 1 month owing as well as chronic medication which they delivered for the following month which I was reliable for.

I left the medical aid due to having no further income at the time. Now because they do things in arrears I'm left with this bill. My last irp5 shows R1000 owing to me which sars said that is between me and Discovery as I was not on the medical aid since March? So that R1000 I must kiss goodbye????

Yet they constantly harass me for this money owing knowing very well that I have been medically boarded. Even the lady that called said I can send the medical reports on email but she doubt that they will do anything.

Discovery does not care if you medically boarded yet call themselves health assistance providers!!!!
