Discovery travel booking absolute pathetic

What an absolute nightmare to book a flight. The website does not allow online booking. The waiting time for the call centre is ridiculously high. After you have waited for 10 minutes the Eventually you make a booking and you need to pay on a link that was send. The link was not send. Now you need to phone again to try and pay. This is a nightmare. Discovery going down hill. High call volumes translate to a to small call centre to maximise profits instead of keeping members happy.
