Discovery Trash

The worst customer service experience I've ever had, I spent more than an hour on the phone waiting to be assisted. Discovery is quick to take your money but when you need assistance no one is available. I spoke to an agent working in the key care department by the name of Siya, she just stopped responding to me when I said I'd like to cancel the membership, I waited in silence for almost 20 min and eventually just hung up.... The customer service level is extremely poor, I wouldn't recvomemend discovery to my 2prst enemy. Siya from the key care dipartment is possibly one of the worst agents to deal with, don't even know ho they got that job. I'm done with discovery, imagine if I had a serious immergancy, they quik to take money but slow to respond when needed.
