Discovery transferred claimed funds into an unauthorized bank account

I went to see a Dentist on the 3Jan2022. Authorization was granted en the procedure was done. Discovery paid the claimed funds into the account that I haven't been using for 3 years and I'm not able to access it. I don't understand why they just transfer the funds without even Verifying with me. I am unable to access that account and the doctor needs to be paid. I need Discovery to request the bank to reverse the money so that they can transfer it into the correct bank account.
