Discovery total ripoff

Good day<br> <br> Recently I have upgraded my discovery plan from coastal to classic delta. I thought this was an upgrade as im paying more than what I did on coastal. Only to find out that on the Classic I can only go to certain hospitals in the Delta Network where on Coastal I can attend any hospitals in the 4 coastal regions. <br> <br> I called discovery to ask to change my plan back to coastal only to be informed that I can only do so next year. I refuse to wait until then and need my plan changed back to coastal immediately. I am really disappointed in the service I have been receiving thus far and feel that discovery is just a ripoff.<br> <br> Please can this matter be escalated.<br> <br>
