Discovery took more money than what was owed to them!!!

Discovery took double the amount they were supposed to, now all my debit orders are going to bounce. You can try calling them but hold on for 20 minutes and no one answer the phone. Now who are going to pay for the bank fees I occurred for the unpaid debit orders and for my cell phone bill for the 20 minutes I had to hold on for them. This is UNACCEPTABLE service from such a huge company!!! And I can promise you they are probably only going to refund me days later and refuse to pay for the cost I occurred.
