Discovery too quick to blacklist!?!?!

i was employed by a previous company who covered my medical aid I had moved to a new company and decided to stick with the same medical aid just on a different plan. Turns out after no notification ... I repeat no notifications from discovery... the old membership had R1000 +/- still owing on it since October 2015 ,I found out in April 2016 that I am being handed over to a company by the name of SSDA. This was paid immediately after the notification was sent to me as I am very concerned being young that my credit score remains in a good reflection.

confirmation from SSDA was given to me to say that the account was fully paid! Only to find out now .... In July , 4 months later whilst trying to take out an account I had been noted as a D3 red client! I called my bank and they had notified me that due to the blacklist I cannot take anything out on my name! When I called discovery I had to make three calls one to them which then they told me they had no fault within this and I should call SSDA. When I called SSDA they had notified me that discovery was sent confirmation in April and that I would need to call them back . When I called them back , discovery told me that they made a mistake and that they will change it as soon as possible???? A mistake??? A mistake that has inconvenienced my life to a point of where I cannot take anything out on my name or rent a property due to this 'mistake' that they had made! Putrid service ! And absolute bull **** excuses ! They are too quick to ask for money and hand people over but can't follow through !

i have called them this morning and all that was confirmed is that the ITC network has been sent a confirmation to clear my name And I should call the ITC board to confirm if my name is cleared. Who should I make a run around for something that was no even my fault. I would expect better service from such a company.
