Good day, I am just soo disappointed at the way discovery haphazardly deals with my claims. I have emailed 3 claims and a letter as to not paying the 20% co-payment since I use the correct phy and received no response. yes, I am on a SPG. When I email my claims it is not because you need to refund me...it it because you need to minus the amount from my SPG. But seems as ****h discovery is there to chow money up faster than what they should minus from my SPG. I want this sorted out urgently please. I have paid cash for my medications, so what is soo difficult now to minus the total from the SPG, after all I have been buying the same medications every single month for years. Discovery has not contacted me until today nor rep**** to my emails. Please provide me with someone higher that I can deal with.
