Discovery to Nodiscovery!

Had to submit my COVID test three times before Discovery getting it right. Claimed for COVID test for my wife. Discovery advised they will pay R850 for the test within 2 -3 working days. Submitted Monday, get payment today of R150!! Call the call center, with a very bad negative attitude, not apologizing for their mistake and incompetence, saying that we must submit again. The call center has a terrible "home affairs" attitude and their service is terrible. The test was done paying cash, relying on discovery to have your back was the first mistake. Please sort out your staff as they are letting down a generally very good brand!
