DISCOVERY TO CREDIT MY MSA-- MEDICAL AID NO:*** MR IS MKWA****

I am a main member with Discovery and wife was admitted at Bedford Clinic and the hospital submitted a PAYMENT WHERE co payment was needed and the Dr notify the hospital that the said co payment was not supposed to be charge from my savings and the hospital has cprrected/credited their records

Discovery DOESNT WANT TO CREDIT THE R6800 BACK INTO MY SAVINGS EVEN THOUGH I HAVE SENT PROOF OF THE HOSPITAL TO THAT EFFECT AND DISCOVERY KEEP ON SAYING THEY WANT PMB SCAN AND WHEN THEY PAID THEY DIDNT THINK TWICE ABOUT PAYMENT AND NOW AS THEY NEED TO REFUND MY SAVINGS ITS A MISSION TO DO THE SAME.I NEED THEM TO CREDIT MY MSA WITH THAT R6800 ITS NOT TOOOO MUCH TO ASK
