Discovery to advice???

I need for discovery to advice on way forward since they advised my ex-boyfriend to go open a case against me for *****?? Some changes that are made on the card example adding and withdrawing dependents we have to do it via our HR office. A request was send through to the gentleman and he never responded to our emails. As my son was very ill what they did is they added him on my medical aid in the meantime while we were waiting for him to respond. To enable me to take my son to the doctor. He (my exboyfriend) sent a mail telling us that he was advised by Discovery that he needed to open a case as we committed *****? My question is where was the ***** committed?? Going forward how will I then get my son to doctors or hospitals should he be sick? I have a sms where he tells me to take off my son from medical aid?? Since you guys advised him to open a case, please advise me what do I need to do should he get sick?? We are not on speaking terms and there is a restraining order for him. Kindly explain where the ***** was also committed?? Being on discovery has been a pain since 2006 when I joined it. I want to get off Discovery how do I do that????
