been trying to join team vitality for over a month now, 1st the webiste froze with application locking it in, after they released it for me to join again, i tried, they debited my discovery bank account but still no application complete. excuse is a service issue but why and how do they take people's money without providing the service. furthermore they asked for proof of payment for the transaction done with their own damn bank card like i'm a *****. if they unable to accept my application, refund my money so i join another club.
