Discovery the worst with PMBs in the medical schemes arena

On 5 February 2021, I was diagnosed with acute and chronic mastoiditis, a clear specified PMB. The specific antibiotics that was prescribed, after the results came back from the lab was over R20 000.00 for a 2 week course of which I had to pay for myself even though it is an open and shut PMB. Discovery took 8 weeks to register the PMB, irrespective of conclusive lab results that was submitted on the 5th of February 2021. Up until date (10 May 2021) I have not received any refund from Discovery. I have submitted proof of payments from the Pharmacy, statements from the pharmacy, extracts from my credit card statements and the merchant copy that I paid. I am shocked and horrified with Discovery. It has been more than 3 months since I've submitted all documentation and I have not received a cent refund from Discovery Health. I will discourage anyone to join Discovery Health, they are the poorest in the industry. I will issue summons against them, for interest and my legal fees, because I know my claim is straight forward and I should be refunded accordingly.
