DISCOVERY THE WORST THEFT TO SAY THE LEAST

<p>Another letter after a few days with an explanation that they can do nothing and I must take my problem to the Disputes Committee. Can any one out there tell me, if I have ordered Discovery not to take money from my account, and I am not their member, if they do it, is that not theft. I am not a member of Discovery. They take money from my account. That is theft. Plain and simple. You had no authorisation. And your service and the way you try to solve it, or rather wash your hands is not acceptable. First I had to hold on for hours to get to the right peson to speak to. Then get an email address, then get a person only after my first complaint on Hello Peter to call me back, only to talk me dead on the phone. Then after my second complaint call me back to apologize but still can do nothing, it is my problem. </p> <p>Sorry Discovery, not on! Terrible service and theft.</p>
