Discovery the worst medical aid

Worst slow bureaucratic medical aid and brokers. I started my medical application during the end of December.

I had to join Discovery only because I started a new job and they require us to be part of Discoverys medical aid.

But I can say that just the application process is a nightmare. I have gone back and forth. There was missing information according to them although the application form was fully completed. Anyways to speed up the process as soon as I receive an email requesting information I would respond and send it timeously.

To date NOTHING has been processed. I am still waiting it is back and forth with such unnecessary heavy bureaucracy. It's disgusting.
