Discovery, the lies we say!!

I closed my account on the 30th of November 2022. When I closed the account, the person I was dealing with told me that the Medical Aid Savings balance would be deposited into my account after four months. That would have been 1st April 2023. Not only has the money not been paid to me, Discovery say it will only be paid into my account on the 8th, because of their processes! This means they make another week worth of interest on my money and I can do nothing about it. I needed the funds to close my overdraft and become debt free and now I have to pay another months bank fees. Discovery, I am so glad I am done with you!!!!!!!!!
