Discovery - the dictator without service, communcation or care - just a big bully

We had a baby on 1 December 2017. We went through the same Doctors the same hospital (Linkwood). After this baby was born we had NO shortfall or any bills that we had to pay from our own pocket. Everything was covered by Discovery. Our second baby was born on 16 October 2019 through the same Doctors and hospital (Linkwood). This time we already have close to R8000 shortfall in which discovery has not paid to the hospital and the doctor that gave birth. What changed , since everything was the same from the first to second child in less than 2 years???? They just do what they want!!!!
