Discovery tax certificate

I have just received my refund from SARS only to find that Discovery did not submit my tax certificate to them? I withdrew my membership from Discovery at the end of March this year, I was still able to claim a refund from SARS for the complete tax year 2024 to2025. Due to the fact that I am no longer a member with Discovery I am completely blocked from their system so unable to contact anyone there to query this error. I am also unable to print a copy of my ITA34 from SARS as I do not have a smart phone, all contact numbers given by them are not available, SARS Efiling no longer works unless you have a smart phone, how are people who cannot afford the smart phone supposed to be assisted?
