Discovery takes their money but does not give a damn about their members??

I loaded a claim to be paid on the 6th of May, I allowed 2-3 days for it to be processed. Today is day 6 and still I have not yet received a payment. i followed up 3 times with regards to this claim but nobody can assist me. The finance department has no telephone lines??? How is this possible that the claim has been taken from my savings but i have not yet received payment?
