Discovery System ERROR

IM Doing this on behalf of my mother.Her normal premium for medical aid is R2579 ,without any warning the debit order went off for R6071 and obviously messing up my whole cash flow and a lot of other debit orders couldn't go off because off this situation. AFTER plenty off phone calls they found out why this happened...A SYSTEM ERROR ON THEIR SIDE CAUSED THAT THEY FORGOT TO CHARGE ME VITALITY PREMUIMS FOR 2 YEARS.I reversed the transaction and they immediately suspended the cover and told me they wont activate it till full payment occurred .I feel the error was on their side and they had authority to take the vitality premium (monthly) because of our debit order contract. No one budgets for this kind of expense especially if the error didn't occur on your side. The same happened to a family member and the just wont take responsibility<br> <br>
