Discovery suspended by medical aid

I am totally frustrated. Please go and listen to all the calls I made to Discovery Health. I was informed that I can pay EVERY MONTH via EFT. So eventually I got a beneficiary code and paid the medical aid on time! Now some guy from the Centurion branch Lehlo is frustrating me totally by saying that i cannot do an EFT and your staff told me that I must sign a debit order. I don't care anymore GET MY MEDICAL AID REINSTATED! I AM TIRED OF YOUR INCOMPETENCE. I NEED TO COLLECT MEDICATION URGENTLY! I HAVE NOW SIGNED THE FREAKING DEBIT ORDER. I WANT YOU TO LISTEN TO MY CALLS AND I WANT AN APOLOGY FROM DISCOVERY. ID: ********** 220088
