Discovery supplies misleading info

I was not informed that i was responsible for an account i only received 60 days later. Discovery agreed it was a mistake on their side but i still have to pay the interest. after i was reassured not to worry about pathology costs during pregnancy. I have had only misleading help and is utterly disgusted about all the **** you have to discover once you were reassured your medical aid is good.
