DISCOVERY SUCKS AND I HATE THEM WITH A PASSION
I JUST HATE DISCOVERY - My husband went for a quadruple bypass, they had the nerve the deduct money for Dr Ludwig saying the we owed them the money going back to 2016. We were only informed about this after the money was paid out to the service provider, after an inquiry was made into the short payment. Discovery could not even sent out a email or make a phone call to say this is what we are going to do because of the follow reason. Had what is so strange my husband was in hospital last year as well and no deduction was made but now suddenly because the money was made directly into our bank account they just do want they want to. This surely must be against the law - I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND DISCOVERY TO ANY BODY!!!! And discovery is more than welcome to contact me to explain how there accounting system work because i myself is a credit controller and have never came across anything like what discovery is doing....

But the hospital in the same day reversed the transaction and still discovery left the transaction as is because as per Mohammed they did us a favor and improved our benefits. BULL **** MOHAMMED discovery did me no favor and again how can discovery keep one transaction after the hospital reversed there mistake. This should have been a hospital benefit transaction only. They try to phone you to make you feel like you owe them something because they did you a favor. PLEASE DISCOVERY GO FLY A KITE

Die eis is oorspronklik verkeerdelik as 'n dag-tot-dag eis verwerk, en het sodoende die Selfbetalingsgaping toegemaak, en die balans van die eis is vanuit die Bo-drempelvoordeel. Die eis moes dus herverwerk word om ten volle vanuit die Hospitaal Voordeel te betaal. Wanneer die Selfbetalingsgaping toegemaak is, kan dit nie weer gereaktiveer word nie.Die bedrag van R 2 736.01 wat dus die Selfbetalingsgaping toegemaak het, was dus aan Discovery Health verskuldig. Dit is die bedrag wat u self vir u eise sou moes betaal om die voordele van die Bo-drempelvoordeel te gebruik.Ek het vir u 'n eisestaat op 'n aparte e-pos ter bevestiging gestuur. - DISCOVERY WAAR HULLE ADMIT DAT HULLE NET DOEN WAT HULLE WIL MAAR EK WAS IN DIE HOSPITAAL GEWEES!!!!!
