Discovery sucks

I have a waiting period for obesity , now I went to pharmisist to get provera which has to do with periods they refuse to cover this medication as according to them it is related to obesity this is an assessment done by people who don’t know me I developed diabetes and according to them it’s related to diabetes too What I want to know by them is what is actually covered as according to them everything is related to obesity no wonder the nhi needs to implemented
