Discovery sucks

Discovery is such a company that does not know how to handle their clients. So basically I had a caesarean done 3 years ago got pregnant and had my lovely son in January , only to be told that I had to do a caesarean again due to that I had one 3 years ago. We have been struggling to get the claim processed since day one from discovery as they keep declining the claim and when we call in they tell us to do something of which we do mind you its money wasted and petrol used but it gets declined again. They don’t listen they just do what they like to. I have been told so many things by their consultants that one even confessed that one of the agents that I spoke to was not trained. Like really!!!! I ask to speak to a call centre manager and they will keep passing me around on to “client relationship manager” of which they do not know how to do the job. They forget that I used to work for discovery and when you request to speak to manager you do not get put through to a call centre manager you get transferred to other agents. Ya neh, very disappointing. Hence it’s good byeDiscovery. Adrian Gore must be laughing all away to the bank with all the money he eats from our medical aid premiums. Discovery sucks big time. I’m seriously lost for words. I have thought of blasted all the names of the people I spoke to and especially rude ones but you know what. I will not go that low.
