Discovery stole my money

<p>Discovery normally debit my account on the 20 th each month, the month of July they did not debit for watever reason. I then took my time to tell them that they did not debit. they then arranged to debit the same day. Discovery then deceided to debit twice the monthly instalment, the amount of R5200. I then called again spoke to the Lady Nomfundo which she said she will escalate to the finance depatment. Till date I have not got any feedback from discovery. I am very dissapointed as this has resulted as a bad record for me with my bank. This is only my First year with discovery, I must say it has not been a pleasant journey till now. </p> <p> </p>
