Discovery still taking my premiums even though I cancelled my medical aid with them

I cancelled my Discovery Medical Aid. Yet Discovery still took my premium.

Asking them to refund me is an uphill battle, I will update this review based on the feedback I receive. If is an honest mistake then refund me ASAP. If not, it is ********* and unacceptable and I will make sure that this ends up with the Ombud.

Someone just rep**** with the cancelation certificate. They are completely ignoring the fact that we are asking for a refund on the money you unduly deducted and did not even respond to that point.
