Discovery still not fixing their mistakes!

It appears the only time I receive a response is when I write on HelloPeter, as soon as my original problem has been sorted out I will change my review, but once again I have been waiting for a month, thus from the start of this problem it has taken Discovery Health 7 months to resolve a problem caused by them and it has thus far cost me thousands on medical expenses that they did not cover, once again, I am going to call the ombudsman today and reveal the appaling way in which Discovery Health has caused my health problems to go untreated.
