discovery still full of Bull !!!

I recently had a query with discovery and it was not resolved . So i had to go to Hello peter to help get it resolved . Again i need help from Hello peter because discovery care nothing for Claims.

also my premium increased and i was not notified . from around R2330 to Around R2640.. What Bull is this now .

So i need help wit my claim and why was the Premium increased..
